5. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using Clarify. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your text for the purpose of providing writing suggestions. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not permanently store your writing.
6. Disclaimer
Clarify is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Writing suggestions are recommendations only and should be reviewed before use.
7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Clarify or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any errors in AI-generated suggestions.

Clarify may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
